The workplace is conceived as a flexible environment where different modes of working can coexist within an open spatial framework. Rather than dividing the interior into a series of fixed rooms, furniture, storage and architectural elements are used to establish different degrees of occupation and interaction. Individual work, informal meetings and shared activities are distributed across the space, allowing boundaries to remain flexible as patterns of use change throughout the day.

Material, colour and furniture introduce a more active visual rhythm than in a conventional office environment, while a consistent architectural framework maintains coherence across the different zones. Lighting and changes in spatial density further distinguish areas for concentration, conversation and gathering without relying on rigid separation. The result is a workplace shaped around movement and interaction, where architecture provides enough order to support a variety of working behaviours without prescribing a single way of using the space.
